Live Events

For in-person events, I support every stage of execution. This includes venue selection, vendor coordination, and on-site logistics. I handle setup and breakdown, manage signage, printed materials, catering, and seating.
In addition, I work directly with AV teams to make sure everything runs smoothly. During the event, I stay on-site to oversee operations. I support speakers, welcome guests, and quickly solve any issues that arise — so your event stays on track from start to finish.

Virtual events

If you’re hosting a virtual event, I can help you make it a success. I assist with platform selection, registration, and speaker coordination.
For example, I set up Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or your preferred platform. I also run tech rehearsals to ensure everyone feels confident before going live.
During the event, I manage Q&A sessions, monitor the chat, and troubleshoot issues in real time. As a result, both hosts and attendees enjoy a smooth and professional experience.

The Founder

Pia High

is the founder of Plan and Pivot Events and a seasoned Event Marketing Manager. She has managed over 160 events in the tech industry, from major trade shows and product launches to leadership conferences and webinars.

She is skilled in building event frameworks, managing multi-million-dollar budgets, and optimizing team workflows.
